Natalia Saltalamacchia Ziccardi is professor at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) since 2004 and is currently on leave to carry out her duty as General Director of the Matías Romero Institute, the Diplomatic Academy at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She was Director of the Undergraduate Program of International Relations, as well as of the Center for Inter-American Studies and Programs (Centro de Estudios y Programas Interamericanos, CEPI) at said Institute.

Goodliffe is currently full-time professor and researcher in the Department of International Studies at ITAM. In this capacity, he teaches or has taught International Economic Relations, Introduction to International Relations, and the departmental Thesis Preparation Seminar. He holds a B.A. in French from Yale University, an M.A. in political science from Stanford University, and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.

Rodrigo Chacón is currently an Assistant Professor of International Studies at ITAM and a National Researcher (SNI, level I). He received his BA in International Relations from ITAM, and holds MA and PhD degrees in Political Science from the New School for Social Research. Since 2004, he has taught political science, social theory, and international relations at Eugene Lang College, Technische Universität-Dresden, Boston College, Harvard, and ITAM.

Engineer by heart (Polytechnic of Milan) is a philosopher and theologian by vocation. Graduated in Philosophy and Theology from the Gregorian University (Rome, Italy), has obtained a Master in Dogmatic Theology at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Germany), where he is completing his PhD in Philosophy on the concept of "person" in Robert Spaemann and its consequences in law and economics.

37265 - Athanasios Hristoulas

Born in Montreal, Canada, Athanasios Hristoulas is Professor of International Relations at the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico since 1996. He is also the Director of National Security program at the same institution. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from McGill University in 1995. Before relocating to Mexico he was the “Military and Strategic Post-Doctoral Fellow” at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.

139392 - Carlos Gutiérrez Lozano

Carlos Gutiérrez Lozano got his PhD in Philosophy from Universidad Iberoamericana with a thesis dissertation about the metaphysical thinking of Nietzsche and Heidegger. Nowadays, he is studying a PhD program in Philosphy of Religion at University of Innsbruck, where he is working on a thesis dissertation on the religious world view of John Henry Newman and Ludwig Wittgenstein. He specializes in Nietzsche, Heidegger, John Henry Newman and René Girard’s thinking, about which he has lectured in different universities around the country.

169837 - Stefano Straulino Torre

He has a degree in philosophy from the Panamerican University and a PhD in philosophy from the University of Navarra. He has made research stays at the University of Leipzig. He lectures General Studies courses at ITAM, and also teaches humanities and philosophy courses at the Panamerican University. He has also taught at the University of Navarra and at the University of Montevideo. His main research topic is the theoretical philosophy of Immanuel Kant, in particular his theory of knowledge. He has published a book and several articles on this theme.
