Marcela González Martínez

Marcela González studied a BA in Public Accounting at the Autonomous Technologic Institute of México (ITAM) and graduated with a special mention in the year 1996.

Marcela obtained a master’s degree in Accounting with a specialty in Taxes in January 2022.  She has the Certification granted by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants (Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos, A.C.) on February 7, 2023.

Virginia Kalis Letayf

She is a full time professor at the Accounting Department and co-director of the Teaching Center for .the Division of Business Administration and Accounting. She is member of the Academic Subcommittee of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) and since 2005 she is Faculty Advisor for BetaGammaSigma-ITAM.

She has a bachelor degree in Public Accounting, an MBA and a Masters in Accounting from ITAM.

She teaches different courses of Basic and Intermediate Accounting, Business Combinations as well as several courses for Executive Development.

Rosa María Athie Rubio

 Studied Public Accounting at ITAM and obtained a double Master's degree in Public Accounting from the University of Florida and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Since 2003 she is an academic at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in the area of Financial Accounting, Administrative Accounting and Cost Accounting. She is currently coordinator of the subjects of Accounting Process, subject taught to all students of the business school and Accounting 1, subject taught to all other degrees of ITAM.

María Candelas Ramírez

She is currently a part-time professor in the Academic Department of Accounting at ITAM, where she teaches and coordinates courses for undergraduate programs. She also teaches Diploma courses at the Executive Development area at ITAM. She earned a BA in Accounting and an MBA, both from ITAM, and is a Certified Public Accountant by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants. Previously, also at ITAM, she held the position of Chief of Administrative Services and was a full-time professor.

Benito Revah Meyohas

Certified Public Accountant by ITAM and Master in Accounting, joint program of the same Institute and the International University of Florida. He studied the Senior Management Program at IPADE and the Centered Learning Colloquium at the Harvard Business School.

Certified Public Accountant and additionally Certified in the Discipline of Finance by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants A.C.

Sandra Patricia Minaburo Villar

She is currently the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center of the Division of Business Administration and Accounting, and full-time professor at the Accounting Department. At ITAM she has served as the Director of the Research Center in Accounting (CEPAC), as the Director of the undergraduate program in Public Accounting and Financial Strategy, and as the Head of the Accounting Department.

Ana María Bernardette Díaz Bonnet

Currently, she is a full-time professor at the Academic Accounting Department.

She has a degree in Public Accounting from ITAM, a Master's Degree in Administration and a Master's in Accounting, both from ITAM.

Additionally, she has a Cost Certification by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants. Her professional career was developed in the Mexican Financial System, in Banca Cremi SNC and in the National Securities Commission.

Sylvia Meljem Enríquez de Rivera

Sylvia Meljem is a faculty member at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), having served on its faculty since 1987, where she serves as Director of the Center for Accounting Linkage and Research and Head of the Academic Department of Accounting and previously as the Director of the Public Accounting and Financial Strategy Program (1995-2006). Sylvia received her Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
