Sylvia Meljem Enríquez de Rivera

Sylvia Meljem is a faculty member at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), having served on its faculty since 1987, where she serves as Director of the Center for Accounting Linkage and Research and Head of the Academic Department of Accounting and previously as the Director of the Public Accounting and Financial Strategy Program (1995-2006). Sylvia received her Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Raymundo Gama Leyva

Raymundo Gama is Associate Professor of Law at ITAM. His teaching and scholarship are in the areas of legal argumentation, evidence, legal procedure and philosophy of law. His research focuses on legal and theoretical issues pertaining to evidence procedure and legal theory.

Ana Sofía Charvel Orozco

Sofía is currently a full time Professor and Researcher at the Academic Department of Law, and  Director of the Public Health Law Program at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, ITAM. She obtained a Bachelor´s Degree in LAW from the ITAM Institute, and earned a Master´s Degree in Judicial Science from the Panamerican University (UP), followed by a Ph.D. in LAW from this same University.

José Guadalupe Romero Velázquez

He is a full time professor and researcher at the Digital Systems Department, and level 1 member of the CONACYT National Researchers System. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Control Theory from the University of Paris Sud XI, France; a M.Sc. degree in robotics and advanced manufacturing from CINVESTAV-IPN; and a B.Sc. in electronics engineering from the Autonomous University of Zacatecas.

José Alberto Domingo Incera Diéguez

He is a full time professor and researcher at the Department of Computer Science, and member of the Center for Studies in Competitiveness.  He holds a Ph.D. degree in Informatics from the University of Rennes 1, France; a M.Sc. degree in Computing, from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, United Kingdom; and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Digital Systems, from the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM).

LeventÜlkü

Levent is an economic theorist who joined the CIE in 2008 after a PhD at Rutgers University. He has worked on problems in mechanism design and choice theory. He regularly advises student research on these topics.

His recent work explores diversity in menus, autonomy, satisficing behavior and the definition of complementarity. His webpage contains links to his work.

AlbertoSimpser

Alberto Simpser is a professor and researcher in the Department of Political Science at ITAM, with affiliations to the Center for Economic Research (CIE) and the Center for Energy and Natural Resources (CIERN). Prior to joining ITAM in 2014, he was a faculty at the Department of Political Science at the University of Chicago.

Alexandra Uribe Coughlan

Alexandra Uribe Coughlan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), a Master´s Degree in International Relations from New York University, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Political Science from NYU. Since 1998, she had taught Political Science at ITAM, at both the undergraduate and diploma level. Additionally, she is involved in editing social science texts.
