SantiagoGuisasola

Santiago O. Guisasola received his B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida and Ph.D. in Mathematical Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA).

Carlos Hurtado López

Carlos Hurtado is a Mexican economist with ample experience in public service, teaching and international organizations.  His background in Mexico includes much work on economic policy in the public sector, both in macroeconomics and public finance and in sector issues.  He has taught economic courses for many years at ITAM, where he was professor and director of the research centre in the 80s.

María Victoria Chávez Hernández

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical-Mathematical Sciences from the UMSNH, a MSc in Applied Mathematics, and a PhD in Mathematics from the UAM-Iztapalapa, where I obtained the University Merit Medal. 

I did a research internship at the Instituto de Investigaciones Eléctricas in Cuernavaca, another at the Center Interuniversitaire de Recherche sur les Reseaux d'Entreprise, la Logistique et le Transport at the University of Montreal, and one more at the Postgraduate Engineering and Systems (PISIS) of the UANL. 

Jaime Ruiz de Santiago

Jaime Ruiz de Santiago (1946-). Mexican lawyer, philosopher and theologist. He studied at Universidad Iberoamericana, in Mexico; at the Catholic Institute in Paris, France; at the Autonomous University of Madrid, in Spain; at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, in France, and at Georgetown University in Washington, in the United States.
